Common Questions (FAQ)

Q: I can’t proceed—Confirm Payment is disabled.

  • A: Check that Mobile Number, Branch, Employee, and Payment Mode are filled.

Q: Prices/tax/discount look wrong.

  • A: They are controlled in Master/Admin. Ask an admin to review service price, tax %, and discount rules.

Q: Customer not found when I search mobile.

  • A: Enter the 10-digit number correctly. If still not found, continue; the app may create a new customer on payment (depending on setup).

Q: How do I remove just one item?
  • A: On Checkout, tap the red × next to that line. Use Clear to empty the whole cart.

Q: Can I change quantities later?
  • A: Yes, use − / + on the Checkout screen before payment.
