The Manage Invoice page lets you create, view or cancel customer invoices with ease. It’s designed to ensure fast billing and accurate record-keeping for every service transaction.
Admin users have full access to view data across all branches.
Users will only see data related to their mapped branch(es) after login.
How to Search or Filter Invoices
Go to the Manage Invoice page.
Use the filter options at the top to narrow your search:
From Date / To Date
Branch Name
Customer Name
Payment Method
Invoice Number
Quick Search (for keywords)
Click Search to view matching invoices.
How to Cancel an Invoice
Locate the invoice using filters or search.
Click the Cancel icon if enabled by admin.
Confirm cancellation in the prompt.
Once canceled, the invoice will be marked void and cannot be reused.
How to Download an Invoice
Find the invoice in the list.
Click the Download icon in the rightmost column.
The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF.
